Science doing may prevent science blogging

If you’re wondering why I haven’t been posting much lately, it’s because I’m pulling crazy hours in the lab cranking out the datums. I kind of just zone out and drink coffee when I’m not in the lab, or sleep, I’ve been doing that a little bit too.

In the meantime, feel free to ask me anything!

The denial of evolution, and the evolution of denial: Sean Carroll | Science Writing in the Age of Denial → sciencedenial.wisc.edu

The 6 types of denial. Very useful to a person who likes to debate (i.e. me). I often find that the first step in any debate is to break down both sides and find the initial point at which your opinions diverge. If you don’t know how or why the other person feels the way they do how can you ever hope to argue in a way that gets through to them? Also, don’t be a dick.
